【Position】
Real Estate Agent and Corporate Sales
【Summary】This role involves both providing relocation services to clients (primarily expatriates) and performing sales activities, such as visiting corporate clients. The position combines the responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent and Corporate Sales.
【Essential Duties】- The role of relocation consultant involves both providing the relocation service to clients (mostly expats) and sales activities, such as visiting corporate clients.
- Conducting web consultations with clients prior to their relocation.
- Assisting clients in finding and viewing properties, including introducing nearby areas.
- Providing information and settle-in service.
- Building relationships and negotiating terms with property owners or management companies.
- Reviewing contract details.
- Supporting clients during the move-in process.
- Planning and conducting seminars to find potential clients.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

【Working Location】Novi, MI
【Working Hours, Working Style】- 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday (includes a 1-hour paid lunch break).
- Possible work on weekdays before 9 AM or after 5 PM and on weekends.
- Occasional travel for corporate sales and training purposes.
- Initially Non-Exempt, with a possible future change to Outside Sales Exempt after learning the business and obtaining an Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License.

【Qualifications】Requirements:
- Proficient in business-level Japanese and English.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain an Michigan State Real Estate Salesperson license, preferably within the first 3 months.
- Current real estate salesperson license or work experience in the real estate industry, corporate sales, or customer service.
