SummaryA major Japanese chemical manufacturer, is currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our sales team. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in seeking prospective clients and contribute to the company's growth. This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience, aspiring to become future managers in a few years.
Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients in accordance with the industry focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Experience in sales roles related to chemical products and materials, specifically with connections to non-automotive industries such as wire manufacturers.
- Expertise in soft materials and material knowledge is desirable for this position.
- Open to travel as needed
- Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions that positively impact client relationships and sales outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams while taking the lead in managing client interactions and negotiations.
- Exhibit a high level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver's License
