A supplier of polymers and resins in the Farmington Hills, MI area is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist responsible for providing operational support to distributors and customers. This is a hybrid role that includes at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily communication and provide operations support to customers and distributors
- Support inside sales activities, which includes responding to customer questions
- Oversee pricing activities within internal systems
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports
- Assist with credit management activities and coordinate with finance and accounting teams
- Support monthly sales reporting and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- At 3 years of related experience in inside sales for an industrial supplier or manufacturer
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP or related ERP/CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLES
