• Individual is experienced performing the Electrician activities listed below on their own with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment
• Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
• Install communication blocks
• Wire Ethernet
• Wire auxiliary power
• Wire safety circuits
• Tie in Tools/ Final dress of tools to controls
• Install temporary power
• Bend and install conduit
• Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
• Verify tags, tag units and cords
• Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
• Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
• Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders

• VOM (Multi-meter)
• Straight Blade Screwdriver (Small & Med)
• #1 & #2 Phillips Screwdriver
• Channel Locks 2 pair
• 1/0 Cable Cutters
• Cable Strippers
• Razor Knife
• Small Ball Peen or Brass hammer
• Center Punch
• Tape Measure (Metric and Standard)
• Combination Square
• Allen Wrenches (Metric and Standard)
• Socket Wrench Set (Metric & Standard)
• Combination Wrench Set (1/4 to 3/4) & (7mm to 16mm)
• Crescent Wrench (6 & 10)
• Torpedo Level with Magnet base
• Files (small and med)
• Tap Handle
• Air Drill

• Drill tap holes
• Stand all day
• Run 480 and other cords
• Go up and down ladders
