Associa is seeking skilled maintenance technicians for the Ann Arbor area. This full-time position includes performing diverse tasks such as grounds maintenance, drywall work, carpentry, masonry, electrical tasks, painting, and plumbing. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and availability for 24/7 emergencies with pay at an overtime rate. A drug test and background check are required. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
