Irrigation Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to oversee commercial operations. This role requires high-level technical troubleshooting, component assembly, and occasional system installation. Additionally, it offers reliable year-round work, as the employee will transition to snow-related duties during the winter months.

• $24.00 and $30.00 per hour based on experience.

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain predominantly commercial irrigation systems.
• Execute daily technical tasks such as switching heads, managing valves, and wire tracking.
• Assemble and install various irrigation system components.
• Replace system clocks.
• Program advanced irrigation timers, specifically Hydrawise and Centralus.
• Report daily to the facility to pick up the company truck and trailer for route execution.
• Pivot to snow and ice management tasks during the winter season to maintain year-round employment.
• Embrace cross-training and assist with other operational landscaping tasks when necessary.

• 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Irrigation Technician.
• Strong familiarity with Hunter and Rainbird equipment is highly preferred.
• Valid Chauffer’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must clear a mandatory background check.
