Maintenance Technician

Global Company looking for skilled maintenance technicians for the Ann Arbor area. The role requires performing maintenance work across multiple disciplines including grounds maintenance, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, and plumbing.

• Perform all types of work including but not limited to grounds maintenance, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting and plumbing.
• Be punctual, read and follow directions, communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and take pride in work.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies while on call, which is paid at overtime rate.

• 1 year of maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Compensation based on experience and skill level.
