Pay rate: up to $25.00 per hour (based on proven work history)

duties of the machine repair technician:

• maintain, install, and repair a variety of machine tools and equipment
• tear down damaged or defective units
• may replace or repair worn or damaged parts or components and reassemble
• may perform some machining on replacement parts or may do electrical troubleshooting and repairs on cnc, manual, or other plant machines
• perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, machines, mobile equipment
• assists machine repair and mobile equipment mechanic as necessary
• may perform minor building maintenance but not limited to: light electrical, plumbing, cement work, etc.

requirements of the machine repair technician:

• high school diploma or ged
• experience with: machine tool maintenance, machine tool installation, machine tool repair, electrical troubleshooting, cnc machine repair
• additional experience with the following is required: plumbing, manual machine repair, preventative maintenance, building equipment maintenance, mobile equipment maintenance, light electrical work, cement work, etc.

a successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
