Erickson Senior Living’s Fox Run Village is seeking a skilled painter to perform residential painting and wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments, and to maintain paint in high-traffic areas. The role requires 3+ years in residential painting, proficiency with painting equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
You will contribute to drywall repairs, prepare materials requests, and create/close work orders in our work order system.
