Maintenance Technician
Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Novi, MI. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term job stability.

Schedule- Full-Time
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexibility to work until 5:00 PM when needed
- Occasional weekend and after-hours availability for emergency maintenance
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
- Complete carpentry and finish work, including painting and drywall repairs
- Install and repair flooring as needed
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain the grounds, including lawn and landscape upkeep
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Participate in occasional emergency, weekend, or after-hours maintenance when required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
The ideal candidate has experience in most or all of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting, drywall, and general finish work
- Flooring installation and repair
- HVAC maintenance
- Lawn and yard maintenance
- General building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
