As a Foreman in our Client Care & Enhancements division, you’ll both lead a small team and work independently to ensure high‑quality maintenance of the properties that we design and build, that elevate the outdoor spaces our clients come to expect from us.

• Lead and perform maintenance work with precision and craftsmanship
• Complete warranty repairs and plant replacements to Ventures’ quality standards
• Deliver property care including pruning, edging, trimming, cleanup, mulch installation, winter protection, drainage improvements, lighting adjustments, and minor hardscape repairs
• Organize daily work plans to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards
• Communicate professionally with clients about project progress and expectations
• Track labor hours, materials, and job progress using mobile systems
• Ensure safe operation of company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
• Conduct quality‑control inspections before leaving each property
• Lead and mentor field staff as the division grows

• 3+ years of landscape, enhancement, maintenance, warranty, hardscape, horticulture, or property‑service experience
• Prior foreman or crew‑lead experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong landscape knowledge and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to use or learn mobile job‑management systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
