Best Buy is seeking an Appliance Installation and Repair Technician to travel to customers’ homes, diagnose, disassemble and repair large products, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role can involve leading a two-person crew and providing product/service advice to maximize profitability.
You will perform complex work, evaluate device issues, de-escalate difficult interactions, and fulfill appointments both individually and as a team leader. Training and feedback are part of the role.
