Landscape Installation Foreman - This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily landscape installation operations and actively supervising a team of up to eight crew members. Reporting directly to Project Managers, the primary objective is to make sound crew decisions and execute high-quality landscape designs while fostering a safe and positive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise landscape installation operations and lead employees directly on the job site.
  • Review landscape designs and specifications closely with landscape designers and project managers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members on how to properly use landscape installation equipment.
  • Oversee and actively participate in the installation of plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure all work meets client expectations.
  • Promote high standards for customer service, develop a strong safety culture, and create a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Five years of prior landscaping experience, which must include a minimum of two years in a leadership position.
  • Proven capability to safely and responsibly operate required landscaping tools and equipment, including skid steers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscaping tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong, dependable work ethic.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well alongside the crew as a dedicated team player.
