An international company with a facility in Novi, MI area is currently seeking an Electrical Panel Builder to fill an opening for a Long-Term opportunity with a leading robotics and automation company in their growing team. The Ideal candidates should have a background in panel building, harness wiring, and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity for Electrical Panel Builders looking for a company that offers great benefits and competitive pay.

Electrical Panel Builders will be working full-time, with premium paid overtime after 40 hours. Pay will be around $28-$32/hour based on each candidates’ skills and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. They offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, bonuses, and more. Qualified Service Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years recent / relevant experience in panel wiring and electrical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Proficiency in the use of a multimeter as well as basic electrical tools (crimpers, wire strippers, lineman’s pliers, cable cutters, etc.)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, and reference checks, etc.
