Your Role with the Company
In this position, you’ll work directly with client and internal teams to develop the software requirements and architecture for next-generation real time embedded software for power-controlled system applications such as DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters for automotive products. You’ll then assign components to the software team and follow the project through all phases of the V Development Cycle. This includes keeping the team accountable for software project milestones and working with the hardware team on integration.

Background Profile
- Expertise in automotive embedded software development, including requirements management, code-level development (Matlab/Simulink a plus), developing graphic-based architecture, and guiding junior-level engineers.
- 7+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development, including AUTOSAR architecture and ASPICE.
- Exposure to the full development life-cycle, from concept to release.
- Working knowledge of vehicle control systems (power and motor controls a plus).
- BSEE or BSCE (MSEE/CE a plus).
