Responsibilities
- Administer, design, implement, and manage secure, reliable, scalable system‑to‑system data integrations across the enterprise.
- Develop and enforce data governance and build ETL processes.
- Administer, design, develop, and maintain application‑to‑application integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP), file‑based interfaces (SFTP/FTP), and database connections.
- Build and support ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data between systems.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services using standard data formats JSON and XML.
- Implement data mappings, transformations, and validation rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of exchanged data.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction logic in support of integrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams, analysts, and application owners to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, data issues, and interface failures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, integration flow diagrams, configuration workbooks, design documents, and knowledge materials.
- Support testing activities, including unit, system, and regression testing, for integration solutions.
- Ensure integrations follow security, data governance, and coding standards.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate‑based authentication.
- Bachelor of Science degree or two years of certified technical IT training as identified in job posting supplement, or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in application integration, ETL development, or system‑to‑system data exchange.
- Must possess sound research and analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues to non‑technical colleagues.
- Positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment, which may require longer hours.
- Working knowledge of the systems detailed within the duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask and balance workload based on business priorities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Participate in 24/7 support of the supported systems.
