Warehouse II

Position Overview

Warehouse II – The primary focus is the movement of product within the warehouse, prioritizing and picking order material, staging for loading, and serving as a backup delivery driver for non‑CDL trucks.

• Assist in administrative tasks such as handling and preparation of paperwork.
• Assist in the daily closing of the warehouse.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and inform management of inventory shortages or supply issues.
• Compile and submit reports of damaged or outdated stock, over/under shipments, and product returns to vendors, and segregate defective product from normal inventory flow.
• Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading.
• Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment to allow sufficient overflow space.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, lifting products up to 50 pounds.
• Handle tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team‑lifting) that weigh more than 50 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) safely and maintain an operator license as required.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks, such as cleaning parking lots, loading docks, and surrounding areas, keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms, and assisting in daily warehouse closing.

• High School or GED degree
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Policy & Procedures, Storage, Verbal Communication, Production Quality, Equipment Utilization, Health & Safety, Inventory Management, and Logistics.

• Occasional lifting up to 150 pounds.
• Handling of tires weighing over 50 pounds.
• Occasional climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Approximately 5% travel.
