Onsite Shift: Monday - Friday 11am-7:30pm
What You Will DoReceive, organize, package, store, and ship supplies, materials, equipment, and service inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor product movement and availability. Process material and product orders using warehouse and inventory systems. Support incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency. Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carrier personnel to resolve delivery issues and trace shipments. Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service discrepancies.
Support alternative product sourcing through loaner banks, other warehouses, and consignment inventory. Maintain records relating to stock usage, damage, handling equipment, and inventory condition. Participate in team meetings and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply best practices to meet operational metrics and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed procedures and documentation. Effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize workload, and resolve routine operational issues using sound judgment.
Preferred QualificationsOne or more years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, or related operations experience. Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems. Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting inventory management processes.

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
