We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 – 5 years.

Responsibilities and Role

You will be an Early Years Practitioner and Educator, responsible for nurturing, protecting and supporting children’s learning “in the moment”. Your duties include:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS.
  • Creating and adapting activities that meet children’s interests and developmental needs.
  • Following the child’s lead and placing their interests at the heart of everything you do.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive environment.

We value creativity, compassion, and experience with younger age groups (0-2 years). You should be able to think on your feet, create engaging activities, and demonstrate a passion for early childhood education.

Salary

£13.30 – £14.20 per hour (dependent on qualification)
