Salary banding - £45,000 - £45,000
Permanent role – hgv mechanic
Location - nuneaton, warwickshire

Hgv mechanic shift pattern:

• monday to friday

• shift times rotate each week between (apply online only) hrs and (apply online only) hrs

Hgv mechanic  - the job

• servicing public service vehicles in line with company policy.

• carrying out pmis and preparing psv’s for mots & ensuring correct paperwork is complete.

• diagnose vehicle faults to ensure correct method of repair.

• road testing vehicles & attending breakdowns as and when required.

• general housekeeping duties.

Hgv mechanic - the requirements

• level 3 nvq in psv or hgv maintenance, repair and diagnostics or equivalent

• proven track record in a similar role. (psv/hgv mechanics/fitting)

• psv/hgv licence desirable but not essential.

• must be clearly conversant in english.

• must be organised and able to work to a process.
