Van Technician

We are currently recruiting for our client, a premium main dealership in Coventry, seeking an experienced Van Technician to join a modern, well-equipped workshop.

• Salary up to £45,000 basic (DOE) + bonus up to £3,000 per annum (OTE £48,000)
• Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
• Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
• Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation

• NVQ or IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven workshop or dealership experience as a Van Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
• Experience working on LCVs is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles is advantageous
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
