Roof Extension New Roof to Join Existing Roof

We are currently looking for an experienced Roofer for a residential extension project in CV12, Coventry.

The work involves extending the existing property by approximately 1 metre and constructing a new roof that will join into the existing roof.

The successful Roofer must have proven experience carrying out roof extensions and be confident creating a professional, weather-tight connection between the new roof and existing roof structure.

• Proven experience as a Roofer
• Proven experience with roof extensions
• Experience joining a new roof into an existing roof
• Able to work accurately around an existing roof structure
• High standard of workmanship required
• Recent work references required
• Own tools
• Own PPE
• Reliable and professional
• Able to work safely on a residential construction project

• Extend the roof by approximately 1 metre
• Construct the new roof for the extension
• Join the new roof into the existing roof
• Ensure the connection is properly constructed and weather-tight
• Work alongside the Bricklayer and other trades
• Complete roofing works to a high standard
• Maintain a safe and tidy working area
