Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland, gevestigd in Nunspeet, is op zoek naar een HR-adviseur die de verbinding maakt tussen de organisatie en medewerkers. In deze rol ondersteun je managers, ontwikkel je HR-beleid en draag je bij aan projecten en verbeteringen binnen het team. We zoeken iemand met een HBO-opleiding in HRM en relevante ervaring, die proactief het verschil maakt voor onze medewerkers.
De functie biedt afwisselend werk met flexibele uren en de mogelijkheid om te reizen binnen de regio.
