We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Administrator to support the daily operations of a residential community in Northern New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in property or community management support.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrative contact for residents and board members
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
- Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking
- Maintain accurate records, files, and community documentation
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
- 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Salary: $50,000 per year
