Job Responsibilities

Manage the timeline of events for internal and external events and engagements

Organize and coordinate the distribution of event materials

Maintain a monthly Advocacy and detailed status report

Process invoices and payments to external stakeholders

Manage payment reporting and tracking

Coordinate multiple calendars and arrange meetings

Process and manage expense reports

Coordinate travel for team members

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of commercial operations functions and processes in the pharmaceutical industry

Proficiency with Client Office software particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
