Your Responsibilities

1) Develop and implement sourcing strategies for category:

  • Optimize cost and working capital
  • Secure supply and enhance delivery performance
  • Improve quality and service levels
  • Manage relationships with vendors and other internal stakeholders
  • Source innovation and support organizations' sustainability measures

2) Support operations for category:

  • Set up sourcing events
  • Lead RFQs for new projects
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis using Excel
  • Provide recommendations
  • Improve processes:
    Reckitt embraces change and improvements, Buyer will be able to propose new ways of working and implement them
The Experience We're Looking For

BS, BA or MBA degree in engineering, business, or other appropriate field, ideally with a specialty in purchasing or supply chain management

2+ years of relevant work experience

Good analytical skills, comfortable with numbers

Great sense of organization and strong attention to detail

Being resourceful and autonomous while also being a strong team player

US salary ranges: USD $79,000.00 - $

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
