You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Procurement professional to be a part of NA copack procurement team.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

• Strategic Sourcing & Execution: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage procurement pipelines, and lead negotiations and contract management.
• Financial & Cost Management: Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial reviews; drive cost optimization, benchmarking, and NWC improvements.

  Influence internal teams and partner across functions to align procurement with business objectives.
• Supplier & Category Management: Oversee suppliers and external manufacturers, lead RFPs and contract execution, and monitor performance across cost, quality, and service KPIs.
• Innovation, Risk & Compliance: Drive supplier innovation and market intelligence, while managing risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainability and optimization initiatives.

Experience &

Education:

5+ years in strategic procurement with category/commodity expertise;
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).

Contracting & Negotiation: Strong track record in drafting high-value contracts and leading complex negotiations.

Supplier & Category Management: Proven ability to manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across supply bases.

Financial & Analytical

Skills:

Deep understanding of cost structures, BOMs, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

Project, Digital & Communication Strengths: Skilled in leading cross-functional projects; advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools; excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
