Artwork/Packaging Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and product development industry, is seeking two Artwork/Packaging Project Coordinators to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Nutley, New Jersey (Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days a week, flexible)

Pay Range: $35-40/hr

Contract:

12-18 months

What's the Job?
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering artwork and product development projects on schedule.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth project flow from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including scheduling meetings and sharing updates.
  • Coordinate activities related to product change, artwork design, and launch plans, ensuring all approvals are obtained timely.
  • Track project progress, escalate issues as needed, and support project administration tasks to keep projects aligned with scope and deadlines.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks independently.
  • Must demonstrate strong project management capabilities, and be able to navigate workflows for multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong judgment, planning abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
