We are seeking a creative individual to produce visually captivating content for our real estate listings, including photography, videography, drone operation, floor plan creation, and Matterport scanning.

We specialize in delivering high-quality visual content to showcase properties effectively in the market. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an In-House Real Estate Photographer/Videographer.

We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to produce captivating visual content for our real estate listings. The role will involve photography, videography, drone operation, floor plan creation, and Matterport scanning. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating stunning visuals that highlight the unique features of each property.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, both interior and exterior.
• Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties (if applicable).
• Create accurate floor plans using relevant software/tools.
• Conduct Matterport scanning to create 3D virtual tours of properties.
• Collaborate with our real estate agents to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

• Must have a reliable car for transportation to various properties.
• Availability to work weekends when necessary.
• Experience in real estate photography/videography is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using photography/videography equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Flexible part-time hours.
