Our client, a leading retail organization specializing in consumer goods, is seeking a dedicated eCom Media Manager to join their dynamic team. As an eCom Media Manager, you will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the Retail Media team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for digital marketing, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Execute and optimize retail media campaigns across key retail platforms including Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Sam's Club.

+ Manage daily in-platform optimizations such as bids, budgets, keywords, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

+ Monitor and control spend pacing to ensure alignment with sales and ROAS objectives.

+ Leverage platforms like Criteo and Pacvue to drive measurable outcomes including ROAS, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

+ Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and communicate trends effectively to stakeholders.

** What's Needed?*
* + 2-4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce or retail media performance marketing.

+ Proven experience executing campaigns across retailers such as Target, CVS, Walgreens, Sam's Club, Walmart, or Amazon.

+ Experience working with self-service ad platforms like Criteo and Pacvue.

+ Strong understanding of retail media KPIs including ROAS, CPC, and conversion rate.

+ Ability to work with data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
