Job Title
Essential Duties Responsibilities
To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to Learning Experience requests focused on the North America PRO Retail population
Develop and deliver elevated and impactful learning experiences on an array of topics including Product Knowledge, Selling & Service, Leadership Development, Business Accumen, and Job Skills
Ensure that team and stakeholder communications are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion
Support tasks in our Learning Management System, ensuring all training is uploaded, assigned, recorded, and reported on appropriately
Generate and analyze Learning completion reporting and Learner feedback surveys
Assist with communicating and championing global learning initiatives with client groups
Become fluent in our Learning creation software, Articulate, to design tools for NA-specific needs
Become certified in targeted Learning programming to facilitate when needed
Deliver instructor-led learning content in-person or virtually in a compelling and inspiring fashion
Assist in the design, formatting, and editing of Learning materials including basic graphic design and copyrighting
Manage Learner communication, tasks, and troubleshooting related to Learning Management System, eLearnings, and instructor-led trainings
Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global talent development tools and initiatives
Communicate effectively with the Employee Learning Experience team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events
