The Phase III Administrator will assist in the day-to-day delivery of the Phase 3 curriculum. The Phase 3 administrator will collaborate with the Director, OME, the Association Dean of Medical Education, the Vice Dean for the Medical Education Continuum, and the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Studies as well as the Phase 3 coordinator to assist in the review and monitoring of student placements and outcomes of the Year 4 Programs.

Skills and Abilities
Required
- Associate's degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in relevant areas such as operations and/or curriculum.
- Microsoft Office suite skills essential.
- Demonstrated flexibility in establishing new programs from the ground up or other endeavor requiring adaptability.
- Familiarity with learning management and student assessment systems.
- Proficient with database management software and creating reports.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and planning, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, administration, and organizational skills.
- Vision oriented self-starter with a big picture growth mindset.
