Senior (Head ) US Supply & Logistics Finance Leader

Hybrid | New Jersey | Turnaround Mandate

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to fix what’s broken.

A global consumer business is hiring a senior supply & logistics finance leader to rebuild freight finance, restore credibility with Operations, and lead a small team through change. The function is under pressure and needs a leader who can step in, take control, and deliver.

You’ll report to a highly regarded, ex-P&G Supply Finance Director and operate with senior stakeholders across Supply and Finance.

• Fix and stabilise freight & logistics finance (forecasting, accruals, controls)
• Rebuild business partnering with Supply and Ops leadership
• Drive cost transparency, productivity, and performance discipline
• Lead and develop a lean, experienced finance team

• 8-15 years in supply chain/logistics / transportation finance
• CPG, retail, or complex consumer environment experience
• Strong business partner – not a technical accountant
• Comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and senior-level challenge

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Nutley, NJ

• Base up to $220k
• 25% target bonus, up to 62.5% max
