Accounts Receivable Analyst - Hybrid

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a service company that has been in business for 100 years, is adding an Accounts Receivable Professional to their team in Nutley, NJ. This is a great company, stable, growing, with a track record of helping internal employees evolve and grow within the organization.

Summary:

A hybrid opportunity may be available, but it is preferred that candidates work in the office daily in the beginning, as they become acclimated and efficient. In‑person collaboration is essential to building trusted relationships and enhances the team building environment, as well as allowing incidental cross‑training and "court‑awareness," culture enrichment, and most importantly allows for the consistent development of strategic alignment across the organization.

• 5+ years of AR, Billing, Invoicing experience
• Experience with AIA, Lump Sum, T&M Billing
• Must have Construction/Union Industry experience
• Must have Sage
  300 or Timberline experience
• Strong with Excel/Spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
