Soni is partnering with a global organization seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to support several corporate functions through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This role will work closely with senior leadership across highly collaborative business groups and requires a strong relationship-builder who can operate both strategically and analytically.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting
• Develop financial models and operational analyses
• Partner with business leaders on financial decision‑making
• Support annual planning and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements
• Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Consumer products, retail, or apparel industry experience
• SAP, Hyperion, or BI systems exposure
• MBA and/or CPA
• Experience supporting highly collaborative business groups

$150,000 - $155,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
