FP&A Analyst, Consolidation NA Wholesale

Summary

The FP&A Analyst, Consolidation NA Wholesale supports the North America Wholesale FP&A team by delivering financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities. The role partners cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Planning, and Shared Services to ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts and to support data‑driven decision making. The analyst will own e‑commerce and shared services financials and contribute to process improvements and ad‑hoc analyses.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for E‑Commerce and Shared Services within the division
• Support month‑end close including journal entry preparation, accruals, and variance analysis in partnership with accounting
• Manage weekly wholesale e‑commerce performance and related forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare monthly operating expense forecasts for Shared Services including payroll, T&E, capital, and store props/fixtures
• Monitor and reconcile Shared Services headcount on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with Workday
• Act as the finance business partner for E‑Commerce & Shared Services, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Prepare weekly sales flash reporting in collaboration with the Sales team
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and support special projects as required
• Identify and implement process improvements and build consistent finance reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience with a focus on planning and analysis
• Advanced competency in Excel; experience with SAP/Micro Strategy and Hyperion/Essbase is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build professional relationships across levels
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
