Elements Massage Nutley is seeking a Lead Esthetician (Experienced Practicing Licensee) to oversee the esthetics department and mentor the team. You will balance your client load with coaching peers to maintain exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate is a NJ-licensed esthetician with 3+ years hands-on experience, a strong communicator, and available 4–5 days weekly, including one weekend and one evening shifts.
