$30,000 - $70,000+ / year (Session Rate / Base + Enhancements, Bonuses & Client Tips)

Part-Time (3 shifts/week, including 1 weekend day | 6-hour shift blocks)

• Body Mechanics & Longevity Fully equipped rooms with hydraulic tables, table warmers, capped 6-hour shifts, and optional rest breaks between sessions.
• Full Book & Marketing We handle all client acquisition; you focus on delivering great sessions, creating treatment plans, and building your loyal request book.
• Supportive Culture A calm, professional, and drama-free environment built around our Fans First philosophy.

• Active NJ LMT License (or pending graduation date for new grads).
• Core Modalities Skilled or comfortable in Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Firm Pressure.
• Schedule Alignment Able to commit to a 3-shift weekly schedule (830-230 or 300-900), including 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Client-Centered Mindset Passionate about listening to client needs, communicating treatment plans, and growing client retention.
