HR Change Management Lead

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Change Management Lead to join their team, working a hybrid schedule, in Nutley, NJ
. As a Change Management Lead, you will be part of the Transformation Department supporting global Time & Attendance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

9-Months W2 Contract (No C2C)

• Drive behavioral change across managers and hourly employees related to scheduling, time tracking, and labor practices.
• Support the adoption of new processes that enhance compliance with labor laws and promote employee wellbeing.
• Assess change readiness and identify resistance patterns across manufacturing sites.
• Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to translate change strategies into practical, site-level execution plans.
• Develop and deliver tailored communication and training to ensure effective adoption and sustainment of new practices.

• 5–8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation roles.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale system implementations (HRIS, Workforce Management, ERP, etc.).
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant-based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change across diverse populations, including hourly and non-exempt employees.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience supporting Latin American regions (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil) preferred.
