Contingent Worker, Talent Operations Analyst

Support the Talent Management Strategy and Operations team in maintaining talent and recruiting processes. Provide operational assistance for Workday talent and performance processes and Avature, including user support, reporting, testing, and documentation.

• Support Workday talent and performance processes and resolve related user questions.
• Assist with Avature ATS access, requisitions, candidate records, offers, job postings, and workflows.
• Monitor support channels, triage requests, coordinate with owners, and communicate through resolution.
• Support functional testing, retesting, production-readiness checks, and post-release reviews.
• Run reports, maintain trackers, investigate data exceptions, and prepare updates on progress and risks.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, testing records, decision logs, and handoff documentation.

• Experience supporting performance management, HR technology, People Operations, or talent acquisition in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Performance or a comparable platform, including troubleshooting, testing, or reporting.
• Experience supporting an applicant tracking system.
• Strong organizational, issue-triage, data-validation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Sound judgment handling confidential employee and candidate information.
• Experience with Workday Talent and Performance, Avature, global talent processes, HRIS or People IT teams, vendors, support queues, or testing is preferred.
