Summary

As Head Of Global Consumer Experience And Mobile, you will define and lead the global mobile app strategy and own the consumer experience vision to drive growth, engagement, and app-driven revenue across regions. You will build a Mobile Center Of Excellence, set KPIs and financial targets, and embed AI-driven capabilities to scale personalization and next-generation experiences. This role partners cross-functionally to translate insights into product roadmaps and commercial outcomes.

• Drive the global mobile app strategy, roadmap, P&L, and expansion plan across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Establish and lead a Global Mobile Center Of Excellence to standardize best practices, tooling, and governance.
• Define mobile-first consumer journeys, KPIs, financial targets, and performance management frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Digital Design, and Regional Commerce teams to deliver app launches, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
• Integrate AI-driven personalization, conversational interfaces, and predictive intelligence into mobile and broader consumer experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global Mobile & CX team and develop training, frameworks, and governance models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of digital, mobile, or consumer experience leadership with proven P&L ownership.
• Experience scaling mobile app capabilities, mobile architecture, iOS/Android ecosystems, and app lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated expertise with analytics, experimentation, personalization engines, and AI/ML-driven experiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication skills, and experience operating in global/regional environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally to support regional launches and alignment.
