Purpose & Scope:

We are seeking a self‑motivated Senior Manager specializing in Full‑Stack Development and AI Engineering to lead

technical architecture, drive innovation, and mentor engineering teams within the Ralph Lauren Consumer Technology

division. This role combines full‑stack development expertise with advanced AI engineering and technical leadership. You

will drive the architecture and implementation of automation and AI initiatives, building robust, scalable solutions that

power our digital experiences. Leading cross‑functional engineering teams, you will design AI‑powered features, establish

best practices, and ensure the delivery of high‑performance systems. Your deep understanding of modern software

engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML frameworks, and the SDLC will be instrumental in elevating our technical

capabilities and accelerating innovation across the organization.

This position requires strategic collaboration with cross‑functional Product, Engineering, Devops and QA teams, as well

as external technology partners, within an Agile framework to build cutting‑edge software solutions while providing technical

leadership and driving engineering best practices across the organization.

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
  Lead and guide engineering teams in designing scalable full‑stack applications using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js while providing hands‑on technical direction and mentoring on modern development practices.
