The Head of Data Product Management will lead the enterprise data product strategy to enable AI-driven analytics and enterprise-scale capabilities. This role shapes the data product portfolio, drives cross-functional adoption, and ensures measurable business value across digital commerce, personalization, and inventory optimization. The leader operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business to accelerate the company’s data-driven transformation.

• Define and champion the enterprise data product strategy and multi-year portfolio plan.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and ROI models.
• Build and lead a high-performing Data Product Management team and institutionalize the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Data Engineering, Governance, Analytics, AI, and business units to ensure product adoption and value realization.
• Oversee delivery, performance monitoring, iteration, and continuous improvement of data products.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security standards, and promote responsible data and AI practices.

• 10+ years in data, analytics, product management, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience building and scaling data products or enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and drive measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud-native stacks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills.
