We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Engineer to join our Global End User Computing team. This role is responsible for the architecture, engineering, deployment, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint technologies across a global environment The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra , desktop engineering, patch management, mobile device management, driver and firmware management, Microsoft Teams administration, Teams Rooms technologies, and Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink and Control Up.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Architect, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra .
- Lead endpoint modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy management platforms to cloud-native endpoint management.
- Design and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, Conditional Access integrations, application deployment strategies, and endpoint remediation solutions.
- Manage Windows desktop engineering, operating system deployment, feature updates, patching, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management.
- Lead Windows Autopilot provisioning, zero-touch deployment, device enrollment, hardware hash management, and Autopilot-ready device processes with hardware vendors.
- Manage enterprise client hardware platforms, including BIOS, firmware, chipset, docking station, peripheral, and driver update processes across Dell, Lenovo, HP, Microsoft Surface, Apple, and other client devices.
- Support mobile device management across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms, including security policies, compliance controls, application deployment, and secure access.
- Administer Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, collaboration devices, meeting room technologies, and related management platforms such as Teams Admin Center and Intune.
- Use Digital Employee Experience tools such as Nexthink and Control Up to monitor endpoint health, improve user experience, create dashboards, and drive proactive remediation.
- Develop automation, documentation, engineering standards, SOPs, runbooks, and process improvements using Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and related tools.
- 15+ years of overall Information Technology experience.
- 7+ years of enterprise Windows Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune engineering experience.
- 5+ years of SCCM/MECM engineering and administration experience.
- Extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise Windows Autopilot environments.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 endpoints.
