Ralph Lauren continues to scale merchandising, design and product development platforms across global merchandising, design, product management, regional buying, and related product creation teams. The applications support a more connected, visual, and collaborative way of working by bringing together product data, images, line planning, assortment details, and presentation capabilities into a unified digital experience. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving adoption, supporting end users, and enabling operational stability across merchandising and design applications.
This role will partner closely with Product Technology, business transformation, merchandising, design, regional teams, support partners, and software vendors to deliver training, manage user support, document processes, triage issues, help ensure users can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively, and complete administrative tasks relating to user and application structure set up.
Serve as a functional and operational support analyst for line planning and PLM solutions, with emphasis on training, onboarding, adoption, issue resolution, and day-to-day user enablement.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, reference guides, process documentation, quick tips, FAQs, and support content for global end users.
- Plan and facilitate instructor-led training, live support sessions, demos, office hours, and refresher sessions for merchandising, design, product management, regional, and cross-functional users.
- Partner with business leads, Product Technology, Training & Development, and software providers to ensure training content reflects current capabilities, releases, process changes, and future-state ways of working.
- Support new brand, category, region, or capability rollouts by coordinating onboarding plans, user readiness activities, training calendars, communications, and hypercare support.
- Provide front-line functional support to end users by analyzing questions, troubleshooting issues, documenting findings, and coordinating resolution with technical teams, vendors, or application owners as needed.
- Monitor, triage, and track support tickets and user-reported issues; elevate risks, recurring themes, defects, or adoption blockers to the appropriate owners.
- Capture and document business processes, user scenarios, functional requirements, training impacts, and support procedures in partnership with business and technology teams.
- Support testing efforts for new releases, enhancements, configuration changes, and integrations to ensure functionality is production-ready and aligned to business needs.
- Help maintain the line planning and PLM support models, knowledge base, issue taxonomy, and user communication approach to improve response time, consistency, and self-service adoption.
- Identify opportunities to simplify training, improve the user experience, reduce recurring support issues, and mature future ways of working across the ecosystem.
- Collaborate across time zones with global business partners and technology teams to support ongoing operations, rollout activities, and adoption milestones.
- Bachelor's degree, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Product Development, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, application support, training, change management, product technology, merchandising systems, or related technology-enabled business transformation roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or product technology solutions in a retail, fashion, apparel, merchandising, design, or product development environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex system functionality and business processes into clear training content, user guidance, and practical support materials.
