Position Overview

The Sr. Manager plays a critical role in helping Ralph Lauren anticipate risk, respond effectively to incidents, and strengthen resilience across the business. As a strategic partner to regional and global stakeholders, this role connects enterprise priorities to regional execution across risk monitoring, crisis management, intelligence analysis, and resilience planning. Working closely with Global Security, P&D, Safety, Legal, Communications, Risk, Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, and regional leadership teams, this highly collaborative role advances practical solutions that improve preparedness, support executive decision‑making, and protect Ralph Lauren’s people, operations, assets, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incident response operations across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, defined roles, timely escalation, and coordinated response across corporate, retail, and supply chain environments.
  • Maintain and improve crisis response playbooks for priority risk scenarios, including natural and human‑caused disasters, security incidents, workplace violence, supply chain disruptions, and reputational events. Ensure playbooks remain current, consistently applied, and adaptable to regional needs.
  • Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments in partnership with regional leaders across the enterprise to identify exposure points, prioritize risks, and translate findings into mitigation plans, risk registers, and escalation recommendations.
  • Monitor the global threat landscape by gathering intelligence from reliable sources and converting relevant risk signals into clear, timely, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise security and resilience programs by executing key work streams across employee safety, crisis management, resilience, and risk management in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare and deliver security risk briefings that clearly summarize findings, implications, and recommended actions for executive and business audiences.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, and internal partners to support timely information sharing, coordination, and response when needed.
  • Manage security vendor performance by overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and service‑level agreements; conducting regular reviews; and escalating issues that require resolution or renegotiation.
  • Track and report security metrics and governance indicators through dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership visibility into program performance, trends, and areas requiring attention.
  • Support security awareness and preparedness initiatives by coordinating communications, training, and tabletop exercises that help employees understand risks and respond effectively.
  • Drive continuous program improvement by supporting audits, facilitating tabletop exercises, and capturing lessons learned from after‑action reviews to strengthen future readiness and response.
