Overview

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 12‑year‑old in Nutley, NJ
. This role is perfect for RNs/LPNs who enjoy pediatrics and value the meaningful impact of individualized home‑care nursing.

We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts
, offering steady hours and strong clinical support from our pediatric leadership team. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.

• Provide evening and weekend pediatric nursing care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non‑school hours

• RN: $39–$41/hr
• LPN: $35‑$38/hr

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
