Affirms Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one‑on‑one care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. We have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts
, offering consistent hours and strong support from our pediatric clinical leadership. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and backed on the case.

• Provide evening & weekend pediatric care — Monitor, support, and ensure the child’s comfort and safety during non‑school hours.

LPN: $40/hr

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
