Job Overview

Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser – Nutley, NJ (Onsite)

Hours:

12–20 per week. Candidate must reside within 25 miles of the territory center. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between stores. Phone stipend for apps used during work hours. Hourly wage $17.00–$17.50.

• Build, fill, and maintain in‑store displays.
• Ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.
• Call on assigned stores to deliver superior merchandising service.
• Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Perform physical tasks including stoops, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lb, and occasional heavy lifting; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

• Stand for 8–10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Lift up to 40 lb, climb ladders and step‑stools repeatedly, reach above shoulders repeatedly.
• Visit assigned stores during shift.
• Use a personal vehicle and maintain a clear driving record with no significant violations in the last 36 months.
• Access necessary apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.

Hourly wage $17.00–$17.50 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend.
