About Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving out performance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

* Exceptional communicator, adept in conversation and writing.

* Analytical in thought, able to derive meaningful stories from numbers.

* A passion for Entrepreneurship and Consumer Packaged Goods.

The Skills for Success

* Bachelor's Degree Complete in 2027 or 2028

* Majoring in Business with a Concentration in Sales, or related field

* Strong analytical skills and data-storytelling mindset

* Excel

* Genuine interest in Consumer Packaged Goods

Internship Details

10-week, in-person internship starting May 27, 2026, and ending August 7, 2026.

Salary Range

$20.00/hour

US Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
